*Website editing does not include custom feature/function development (PHP, custom plugins/themes, etc.)
The main differences between each plan are:
- The depth of our website maintenance process (6-point, 12-point, and 18-point)
- The interval in which website maintenance is performed (monthly, biweekly, or weekly)
- The amount of included website editing time (used to request changes to your site)
- Whether or not website security protection and monitoring is included
We have different website maintenance processes depending on the needs of your website.
6-point: Basic maintenance requirements including (but not limited to) software updates, file backups, basic visual testing, and site repairs.
12-point: Intermediate maintenance requirements including (but not limited to) software updates, file backups, in-depth visual testing, site repairs, security reviews, and speed testing.
18-point: Advanced maintenance requirements including (but not limited to) software updates, file backups, cross-browser/device visual testing, site repairs, security reviews, speed testing, link repair, and email deliverability testing.
Nope! Our services are offered month-to-month. You can cancel at any time by contacting us.
We charge a one-time onboarding fee of $200 for new customers to cover the cost of your own initial website inspection, maintenance, and security configuration.
During your subscription, we rarely charge extra fees! We understand that no one likes unexpected charges.
There are two scenarios where you will be subject to extra charges from us:
- You exceed your monthly allotment of website editing time (we will quote you before starting work that would require additional billing)
- A website repair is expected to take longer than 5 hours to complete (uncommon)
Website edit requests are completed by the next business day in most cases. Lengthy tasks may take up to 2-5 business days to complete. We’ll let you know if a task will take us longer than usual.
Our emails are monitored 12-16 hours per day for emergencies. We start responding to emergencies as soon as possible upon receiving communication of the event.
Absolutely, you always have full control! We do not own any aspects of your website and you can revoke our access at any time.
